スマートフォーン、WindowsMobile系の設定手順：
Your Exchange account Busters is created っていうメールがTechnical Support newaccount@4smartphone.netから送られてくる。このメールの一番上に書かれているのがユーザー名とパスワードだ。
https://controlpanel.4smartphone.net/asp/User/Login.aspにアクセスする。先ほどのユーザー名とパスワードを入力し、ログインする。
左側のメニューMSExchange Server2007のサブメニューの中にSetupという項目があるので、それをクリックする。
Step1のCreate Mailboxesをクリックする。Create new mailbox(es)で自分の好みのDisplay Name:を入力する。例えば、”Busters” Email Addressの欄には、例えば”Access”と入力すると、”Access@busters.msoutlookonline.net というメールアドレスが出来る。
Step2では、PCuserの設定について書かれている。メールボックスのUserNameが、Advanced users: You can click here for information on how to configure your Outlook manually. (Please note that we do not provide support for manual configurations of Outlook). Click hereをクリックする事でわかる。
- Server FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name): EXVMBX012-1.exch012.msoutlookonline.net
- Username: Access_Busters
- Domain: EXCH012
ActiveSyncのInstructionsをクリックすると、設定の内容が表示される。
SETUP ACTIVESYNC ON YOUR Windows Mobile Device （WindowsMobileのActivesync設定方法）
Below are the instructions on how to delete your previous
Microsoft Exchange connection and set the new on
your Windows Mobile 5.0/6.0 device .
現在ある、Microsoft Exchange Connectionの設定を削除し、新しい設定を行う。
On your Device go to the ActiveSync Program
Hit Menu and select [1. Options]
While Microsoft Exchange is selected,
Hit Menu and select [1. Delete]
WMのActiveSyncProgramのメニューのオプションを選択。Microsoft Exchangeを選択、Menuの1削除を選択。
You will get an Alert:
Deleting this source deletes
only the sync relationship with
that source and all ActiveSync e-
mail. Contacts, Calendar and
Tasks will remain on the device.
Would you like to continue?
削除すると、Sync関係を削除する事になる。連絡先とかカレンダーの内容はそのままディバイスに残る。削除する？
Hit Yes ハイを選択。
Once Your Mobile finishes the email deletion, you will be ready
to recreate your new Microsoft Exchange connection
ここで、ActiveSyncのMicrosoft Exchange Connectionを再度設定するのだ。
Go back to the ActiveSync Program
Hit Menu and select [Add Server Source…]
Edit Server Settings サーバーソースの設定の所に下記情報を入力する。
Server address: サーバーのアドレス
owa012.msoutlookonline.net
Note: This is your Outlook WebAccess Server address
これはOutlookWeb Access Server のアドレスである。
[X] This server requires an
encrypted (SSL) connection
SSLコネクションにするか？
Hit Next 次へをタップ。
User Informationユーザー情報
User name: Access_Busters ユーザー名
Password: (your mailbox password) パスワード
Domain: EXCH012 ドメイン名
[X] Save password
Hit Next 次をタップ。
Options
Select
[X] Contacts
[X] Calendars
[X] E-Mail
[X] Tasks
シンクすべき内容にチェックをいれる。
Hit Finish
注意すべき事は、現時点でサーバーにはまったくデータが無いので、現在ディバイスとそのままシンクロナイズしてしまうと、空になってしまう。サーバーとの最初のシンクロナイズは、ディバイス側のデータを優先しサーバーのデータをリプレースすると設定する。
